Overtraining Symptoms
Training too hard or doing too much too soon can lead to overtraining, which can prevent you from achieving your best results. Some of the major indicators that you are overtraining are: coughing; sneezing; irritability; trouble sleeping; change in appetite; increase resting heart rate; excessive fatigue; decreased performance; and loss of interest in exercise.
If you think that you may be overtraining, try taking an extra day off or cutting back on the exercise intensity. A good night’s sleep will also help a lot.
